At Love of God Apparel, each piece is created with intention, prayer, and care. Many of our garments are made specifically for each order. For this reason, we maintain a strict and transparent refund and return policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Print-On-Demand Products (Most Items)

Final Sale Policy

All print-on-demand products are final sale.

Because these items are custom-made to order:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)

We will replace or refund a print-on-demand item only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The incorrect item was sent

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will result in:

  • A replacement or

  • A refund, at our discretion

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Special Edition Product (Non–Print-On-Demand)

Our Special Edition product is produced in limited quantities and is not made to order.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Item must be returned in original condition

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

International Orders

We ship internationally and welcome customers worldwide.

Please note:

  • International orders are final sale, except for defects

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Customs delays

    • Duties or import taxes

    • Packages once marked as delivered

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost or Stolen Packages
